Whiteleaf Fiery Scrub Cut & Trail Run
Meetup Details
We have joined forces with Chiltern Rangers to help them tackle the annual scrub of Whiteleaf Cross.
After a short trail run (8km) from Princes Risborough, we will join an army of volunteers to help complete this important work.
Whitleaf Cross (pictured above) is situated on a steep hill, so think of this as both a good deed and a fantastic hill repeats session, with a pair of loppers or saw in your hands! Chiltern Rangers will provide the gloves and the tools.
Meetup Itinerary
0950 - Meet at Whitleaf Cross Car Park
1000 - 8km trail run
1100 - Arrive at Whiteleaf Cross/Tea Break
1115 - Whiteleaf Cross Scrub
1300 - Drinks and complimentary food at the pub
We look forward to seeing you there.
Key Information
This run will have one pacing group at a social walk/run pace. We will be treating the run as a warm up for the conservation work and will keep it very chilled.
Averaging ~7min/km (plenty of walking breaks)

Princes Risborough is well connected from London via Marylebone Station. If you are travelling by train, please email us to arrange a lift to the start point.
Meeting Point - Please make your way directly onto the train.
